Tool Sale

I’m lightening my load a bit, and have some specialized woodworking equipment for sale. I’ll list it here for a week, and then will list it elsewhere if some items are not sold.

Next, a Makita 380mm circular saw in a fitted baltic birch box I made:

This model is not available in N. America, and comes with the much nicer all cast baseplate:

A 100tooth blade comes on the saw. This machine runs on standard 115v, single phase.

Another view – the cord has been swapped for a UL-listed Makita one compliant with our receptacles:

This saw has been used sparingly, bought new within the last 18months. Comes with an additional 50T rip blade:

Last, a Makita stair stringer routing jig:

Never sold in N. America, meant for use on fully trenched and wedged stairs. This is the largest of the three models Makita makes and clamps up to 454mm (17.9″). Never used, and the original throat inserts are completely intact.

As the sign in the above photo says, meant to be used with an 8mm straight bit and guide collar in your router.

One thought on “Tool Sale

  1. Beautifull tools Chris, most of them were never sold in Europe. For years I searched for a groover, the only one on the market were the awfully priced German Mafell, Holzher and Protool. The Makita seemed to be descently priced but when I see the cutters I understand why it was never sold in our country! Festool now sells one that looks good. Hope you sell them quick.

Anything to add?
